The level of detail that we put into planning and designing each event is what makes us stand out. We offer Wedding & Event Planning Services to clients all along the Central Coast of California. We will be here to help guide you through the whole process of the Planning, Design & Execution of your event. We focus a great deal on the overall design, event logistics and fine little details. We believe in TRANSPARENCY, so we won't hide our starting price point, or what we offer. In addition we truly want our clients to feel taken care of at all times, this is why we walk though the whole planning process with our clients. prior to the month-of | welcome magazine + preferred vendor list + a “sounding board” for advice or guidance throughout the planning process -UNLIMITED EMAILS + conduct a final walk though to go over layout, design, logistics
4-6 weeks prior | conduct a final venue walk though + communication and detail confirmation with the venue and vendors including going over the final floor plan/seating chart/guest count + create site map for deliveries and decor layout + music selections + speeches + menu & meal selections + look over rental order + hair and makeup timing and schedule + quantities of flowers + décor setup and delivery + limo/transportation pickups and drop offs + must-have photos and photography locations
3 weeks prior | start working on a master itinerary of the wedding weekend + master timeline
on the week-of | direction of ceremony rehearsal + providing the wedding party/VIPs with the wedding weekend agendas + master timeline sent out to all vendors
on the day-of | full day coverage by a lead day of coordinator and at least one assistant + implementation and overseeing of the wedding day timeline + vendor arrival and service confirmations + assisting photographer in organizing family and bridal party for portraits – by a shoot list + setting up day-of details (i.e guest book, place cards, ceremony programs, favors) + distribution of final payments & tips to vendors + gather all personal decor items and hand off to designated family member or set aside to be picked up following day + assist catering with breakdown and cleanup

what is included + the process begins with a meeting to discuss your event, inspirations and wishes. we can set this up via phone or in person. we will then take this information and create a design proposal including some visual inspiration, a color/mood board and layout. once we nail down your overall vision, we will set a date for you to come visit the central coast. we will complete your comprehensive design experience in-person. plan on playing with colors, fabric swatches, talk rentals, and get to know your likes and dislikes. after that, we will conduct an initial onsite walk-through of the venue to talk in further depth about your event logistics/layout. we usually like to schedule a floral design meeting on the same day. a first draft of the completed rental order quote will be delivered within 72 hours.
in addition to monthly check-in meetings with us via phone or email to ensure your on track with your planning • quarterly keep on track to do lists sent via email • up to three venue walk-throughs • detail and decor sourcing if needed • we will attend your floral meeting & rental meeting + 1 other vendor meeting of your choice • will conduct a final walk though closer to wedding date and go over final rentals, florals, all design, layout and other details • create a sitemap of layout 72 hours after final walk though • create master timeline to view online + assistance with invitation design is included
from start to finish, we will take care of every little detail to create and execute the wedding of your dreams. nothing will be overlooked. from venue selection, creating a workable wedding budget, to invites, we can help plan a variety of wedding parties ie: your shower to the rehearsal to the farewell brunch, booking and securing all your vendors, setting up your room blocks, DIY wedding projects and help create the theme and style of the wedding, providing ongoing telephone and email support- sometimes daily, a custom flatlay plaster board + props for your invitation suite and other wedding detials to be photographed, bridal party styling and so much more - we are there every step of the way- lierally!
we love design and creating a lovely color scheme and theme for a wedding. so hire us just to come on board to create a complete custom design and look for your special day! we will DIY/create or source every accept of design for your event.
