After you contact us, we’ll set up a consultation at a time that’s convenient for you. Consultations can be done over the phone. We’ll get to know one another, discuss your initial ideas and expectations, and determine what level of services you might be interested in. We’ll also talk about budgets and how to make sure you are getting what you need.
Book With Us
We’ll followup your intro consultation with a proposal outlining our suggestions for your day. We will email you a contract catered to the level of services you’ve chosen to hire us for. Once we’ve received your signed online contract with a mailed deposit, you are on our calendar. we welcome all budgets, although most of our full planning clients usually spend a minimum of $40,000 on their destination wedding ( guest count + location can factor in )
Keep in Touch
After you've booked with us you will be given an online planning portal which you will be able to log in through this website ( client log in ) & a customized wedding planning checklist that will be automated by months. depending on the level of services you have opted for will be the deciding factor on what comes next IN THE PLANNING PROCESS. We ALSO encourage you to use us as a resource as much as possible, helping to offer input or help where we can throughout the rest of the planning / VISUAL process.
The Comprehensive Design Meeting
REGARDLESS IF YOU ARE a PARTIAL OR FULL PLANNING CLIENT YOU WILL PARTAKE IN OUR comprehensive DESIGN MEETING. upon hiring us we will create a 10-30 page in depth design + wed game plan proposal. we will use the agreed upon proposal as a blue print for the remainder of the planning and design process.
Once WE have
- FINALIZED YOUR in depth DESIGN + wed proposal
- MOST key VENDORS from the proposal are secured
THEN WE WILL
conduct an onsite walk-through at the Venue to talk in further depth about your event logistics, layout and what the day of will actually look like. afterwards WE WILL either HEAD OVER TO the rental warehouse to play with colors, fabric swatches, talk rentals, and together pick out some rentals OR we highly recommend having us setup a full or partial tablescape & flower mock-up. in opting for this, we fully get to appreciate and make any necessary changes to the design we have already dreamed up together in your comprehensive design proposal. other things we can arrange during this trip ie: catering/dessert tasting + meet with your officiant + setup engagement session + makeup & hair pre-trial ect...
30 days before your wedding, we will have you submit your final payment as well as SET UP a conference CALL TO GO OVER ANY LAST MINUTE logistical questions THAT WILL NEED TO BE ADDRESSED. we will create an FINAL TIMELINE FOR VENDORS AS WELL AS A detailed SITEMAP FOR delivery, setup and cleanup plans. This is also the last opportunity for your flower + LINEN + RENtAL orders to be tweaked.
Wedding Rehearsal + Day Of
the day before your wedding, we’ll arrive to install any inside decor/setup + go over rental delivery + make sure ceremony site chairs have been setup + go over floor plan of tables ect....we will also run and direct your rehearsal. on the day of we will be the first to arrive and the last to leave. We have ample staff to help with all the fine details and assist the other vendors you have secured.
