How it works

After you contact us, we’ll set up a consultation at a time that’s convenient for you. Consultations can be done over the phone. We’ll get to know one another, discuss your initial ideas and expectations, and determine what level of services you might be interested in. We’ll also talk about budgets and how to make sure you are getting what you need. 

Book With Us

We’ll followup your intro consultation with a proposal outlining our suggestions for your day. We will email you a contract catered to the level of services you’ve chosen to hire us for. Once we’ve received your signed online contract with a mailed deposit, you are on our calendar.

Keep in Touch 

After you've booked with us you will be given an online planning portal & customized wedding planning checklists. depending on the level of services you have opted for will be the deciding factor on what comes next IN THE PLANNING PROCESS. We ALSO encourage you to use us as a resource as much as possible, helping to offer input or help where we can throughout the rest of the planning / VISUAL process. we like to set up monthly conference calls in advance with each of our clients. this way we are always communicating in between our normal ongoing email correspondences. 

The Comprehensive Design Meeting

REGARDLESS IF YOU ARE a PARTIAL OR FULL PLANNING CLIENT YOU WILL PARTAKE IN OUR comprehensive DESIGN MEETING

Once WE have

  • FINALIZED  YOUR DESIGN MOOD boards
  • YOU have completed OUR DESIGN MEETING questionnaire
  • MOST MAIN VENDORS ARE SECURED

THEN WE WILL
 conduct an onsite walk-through at the Venue to talk in further depth about your event logistics. afterwards WE WILL HEAD OVER TO the rental warehouse to play with colors, fabric swatches, talk rentals, and MOCK UP A TABLE. then We usually like to schedule YOUR floral & design meeting ALL ON THE SAME DAY OVER A WINE COUNTRY LUNCH!  other things we can arrange during this trip ie: catering/dessert tasting + meet with your officiant + setup engagement session + makeup & hair pre-trial ect...

Decor Sourcing 

once WE HAVE YOUR BASIC RENTAL ORDER COMPLETED AND WE HAVE TALKED DESIGN IDEAS, we will start decor sourcing.... we will research + find the best prices guaranteed, on all the decor related items needed to pull off that look we dreamed up together. we recommend as we get closer to your wedding date, to set up a time to do a full table mock-up with the selected linens + flowers. ( so much fun! )

Logistical Check-In

30 days before your wedding, we will have you submit your final payment as well as SET UP a conference CALL TO GO OVER ANY LAST MINUTE logistical questions THAT WILL NEED TO BE ADDRESSED. we will create an FINAL TIMELINE FOR VENDORS AS WELL AS A detailed SITEMAP FOR delivery, setup and cleanup plans. This is also the last opportunity for your flower + LINEN + RENtAL orders to be tweaked.

Wedding Rehearsal + Day Of

the day before your wedding, we’ll arrive to install any inside decor/setup  + go over rental delivery +  make sure ceremony site chairs have been setup + go over floor plan of tables ect....we will also run and direct your rehearsal. on the day of  we will be the first to arrive and the last to leave. We have ample staff to help with all the fine details and assist the other vendors you have secured.
