What set’s us aside from other planning companies is our elevated client experience. Not only for you as the bride & groom, but for both your families. From our first in person meeting over a glass of wine and enjoying some authentic wine country cuisine, to something as simple as responding quickly to your emails. I believe in creating a mutual trust with our couples. Wedding planning is exciting and at times stressful, but I want you to know I am here for you and I will walk you through the whole process.
First off you should know that family means everything to me. My husband and two boys are my world. Luckily for me, they allow me to do “ pretty”. In 2008 I owned and operated the first ever “wine-spa” in the USA. I ran two brick and mortars successfully for 6 years but later after having a family of my own, decided the long hours away wasn’t what I wanted. In 2014 I took a leap of faith, utilizing my design education, past experience with event planning and natural ability to be a hostess, I started Vino Fiore Events - I haven’t looked back since . This is what I was born to do & I cant wait to help you with your beautiful day!

When I am not planning events you will find me with family and possibly having a barefoot dance party in the kitchen with my little men. It’s all about the love to this central coast native. A hopeless romantic and big believer in happily-ever-after, Kelsie takes great joy in learning peoples’ love stories and seeing them through to their big day. Kelsie knows the importance and strength in genuinely connecting with people, attention to detail, and excellent listening skills – she will never stop working to make dreams come true. When she’s not executing client’s dream wedding days, Kelsie also works at All About Events in Paso Robles. She also enjoys strolling through farmers market, spending time in her garden, baking, and getting lost in a great book. Kelsie is our lead event manager and has proven an absolute dedication to the job and our clients.
